In today’s article, I want to tell you about an actual “crypto conversations” that I was involved in on my recent trip to Guatemala. Since 2017, I’ve had many crypto conversations in different cities in the world. Some of my “best” conversations were in Guatemala last week. Let me explain.
I went to Guatemala and was fortunate enough to meet many people who were new to cryptocurrency and were fascinated with blockchain technology. People were eager to learn more about cryptocurrency. It was interesting for me to share my stories and experiences with them. They were surprised to find out that I had a YouTube channel on cryptos.
On one occasion, a young man asked me about “fake news.” I was surprised at that question but it opened the door for me to have a great discussion about TheCurrencyAnalytics. This man told me that he was tired of listening to fake news in Guatemala on a variety of subjects. He told me that many news stories could not be trusted.
For the next 10 minutes, I was able to tell him about a cryptocurrency news platform that is different from other media outlets. On another occasion, I had a conversation with an older man who was a successful businessman. He had heard about “bitcoin” before but thought it was a scam. I assured him that bitcoin was a legitimate token and it might be wise for him to do more research into it.
He had many questions for me about what crypto exchanges, wallets, and Masternodes. He was very interested in learning more about blockchain technology. I enjoyed answering his questions because I knew he wanted to invest his money in cryptos.
I had other crypto conversations with several other people. I was actually surprised at how many people were interested in talking about cryptocurrencies.
